We specialise in delivering high-quality character education and enrichment programmes to schools across the UK. From on-site teambuilding days to student leadership workshops and full expedition support, we provide meaningful, hands-on experiences that make a lasting impact.
Our team brings together expertise from education, the Armed Forces, the outdoor sector, and business leadership. Nick, a former commissioned officer and business leader, drives our programme design with a focus on real-world skills. Heather, with over 14 years in education, ensures every partnership runs smoothly from planning to delivery. They're supported by a passionate team including Mark ‘Baggy’ Richards, our Technical Expert, and a team focussed on administering and delivering outstanding enrichment opportunities.
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to safety, quality, and personal development. Whether we’re leading a campfire conversation or a problem-solving activity on the school field, our goal is the same: to create positive, purposeful experiences that help young people thrive.
