Introducing the Pioneer Leadership Award
The Pioneer Leadership Award is an exciting new programme developed for students at the beginning of Key Stage 3. It’s designed to equip young people with essential life and leadership skills—such as resilience, teamwork, and communication, right at a pivotal stage in their education.
This award supports the development of confident, capable students ready to take on new challenges and contribute positively to their school community.
A Year-Long Journey
Structured to run alongside the academic year, the programme blends online learning modules, guided group discussions, and practical problem- solving activities. Students engage in structured sessions that encourage them to reflect, collaborate, and take initiative.
The experience culminates in a memorable overnight camp where they put everything they’ve learned into practice. Stepping up to lead, support their peers, and face challenges in a safe, supportive outdoor setting.
Launching September 2025
We’re currently working closely with schools to finalise the programme and ensure it delivers real value for students and staff alike.
